This soap and shampoo bar is very special, and is made with hard-to-source bear tallow. It's scented with a blend of cedar and rosemary essential oils, which are great for hair growth and health. 

INGREDIENTS (in order of weight)

Bear Tallow, Coconut Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Castor Oil, Essential Oil Blend, Spirulina, Chlorella, Wheatgrass, and Gingko.

ABOUT OUR SOAP

This is an all-in-one shampoo and body bar! This soap is 100% natural and palm-oil free. We use a base of locally-obtained tallow to keep our environmental impact low. Many soaps use nut, fruit, vegetable or seed oils, that must be harvested, pressed, filtered, and shipped! The bar is very specail and made of bear tallow, which is an extremely conditioning material. The tallow is hand-rendered at our studio using traditional methods. Coconut oil and castor oil complement the tallow, and give this bar a generous, cleansing lather. The high superfat (that's the extra oil left over after saponification!) percentage makes the soap highly conditioning, too.

TIPS FOR EXTENDING THE LIFE OF YOUR SOAP

Place your soap in a dish that drains (not flat on the tile or in a non-draining dish!) and ensure that it doesn't get wet between uses. This is optional, but it will definitely make your soap last longer. From experience and from what our customers say, one bar will last two people about 2-3 weeks, or an individual approximately 4-5 weeks. This will vary depending how you use it (washcloth? puffy scrubber? just the bar?) and how often you use it as a shampoo bar as well.
