Blueberry Toner | Toning and Moisturizing

Blueberry extract, probiotics, sunflower lecithin, and botanical waters in a base of witch hazel, aloe, and glycerin provide skin conditioning, antioxidants, and tone to prep for the rest of your ritual. A light, moisturizing toner, excellent used post-cleanse just prior to applying Illuminating Oil.

INGREDIENTS (in order of weight) 
~ All-Natural and Palm-Oil Free ~
Witch hazel, floral water, glycerin, radish root ferment filtrate, lactobacillus, coconut extract, sunflower lecithin, caprylic/capric triglyceride, blueberry fruit extract, aloe vera gel concentrated powder.

This formulation does not contain milk. Sunflower lecithin gives this formulation a lovely creamy color and consistency.
